Vegan Instantised Branched Chain Amino Acids
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are a blend of the three essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, primarily in a ratio of 2:1:1 respectively.
Instantised BCAAs differ from standard BCAAs due to their cold water solubility, making them far more applicable in the sports beverage market. To give the amino acids their soluble quality, they undergo spray drying with lecithin, which acts as an emulsifier; allowing the BCAAs to dissolve readily in water. At Nutraceuticals, we only use sunflower lecithin as an emulsifying agent, which has all the benefits of soy lecithin, without any of the allergenic properties.
Sources of BCAA include duck feathers, animal hair or worryingly enough even human hair! At Nutraceuticals, all our iBCAAs are derived from Vegan Fermentation sources, so you can be rest assured that no animals were harmed during the production of your material, and we did not visit our local barbers with a dustpan and brush.
